If you smoke hookah for the first time or have ever wanted to have a portable hookah with good quality and easy to smoke with no harshness to the tobacco flavor, THIS IS NOT A GOOD HOOKAH! Coming from someone who worked in a hookah lounge and knows how to pack a hookah this device constantly burnt all the tobacco because there's not enough air flow in the bowl on the top even if you use a tiny coconut charcoal. Concept is good but effectiveness is one star, because it doesn't even last one set of coals. I would highly request a refund from the seller and NEVER BUY this product. There needs to be a new design that has more space between the shisha (tobacco) and charcoal on top so that it does not burn the shisha immediately underneath the cover and there's no way to fix this on this device.
