We first have to heat it. Use your dab tool to gently apply some concentrate to the heated area when your banger or nail is red hot. The secret is to place enough to cover the nail without it running over.
One further error I often find newbies doing is becoming overly impatient. After heating, you really have to cool off and wait for roughly 45 seconds for the nail to cool off.
