Let’s start by carefully taking the entire hookah apart piece by piece. Then, grab that brush and get scrubbing the inside of the stem to remove any residue. For extra cleaning, we can also soak the stem in a solution of warm water and lemon juice in to dissolve the sticky substance.

Let me share my tricks for cleaning. First things first, make sure to empty any leftover water in the base – this is crucial. Then you can add water pipe cleaner or a simple mixture of warm water and lemon juice. The acidity in lemons helps dissolve gunk. Pour the cleaning solution into the base and let it soak for 15-20 minutes, swirling occasionally to scrub off stuck-on grime.
